Description:
The Service Technician takes a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects and is responsible for ensuring the company's established standards for safety, property appearance and operation are met.
Qualifications:
Organized & Detail Oriented Strong Punch-out experience EPA Certification Preferred HVAC Certified Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability Drywall Repair Irrigation knowledge Strong customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Prior experience in multi-family housing On-call required (weekends included) Above average communication & customer service skills necessary Positive / "Can Do" attitude
Unit Access Coordination:
Unit access logistics coordination (keys, lockboxes & smart locks) Work order execution Maintenance work order completion (unit & common area) Apartment turns & make-ready repairs Inspections After-hours emergency maintenance Trash removal & waste area management Landscaping & exterior grounds maintenance Work completion documentation & work order closure Pre- and post-move-out inspections
