Electronic Repair Technician 8am - 5pm $16-$21/hr Grapevine, TX We are seeking an Electronic Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, calibrate, and test electronic equipment. This is a hands-on bench technician position requiring experience with electronic components, soldering, testing equipment, and schematics.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and components Perform testing, setup, and calibration of electronic instruments Use soldering and desoldering equipment to remove and replace fine-pitch surface-mount components Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets required specifications Use oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and PC-based testing equipment Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary repairs to return products to working condition Follow established repair procedures and quality standards Complete required technical training Work closely with the repair team, lead, and supervisor
Requirements:
Technical diploma or 1-2 years of Electronics Technician or related experience Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Equivalent military electronics experience accepted Hands-on soldering and desoldering experience Experience working with fine-pitch surface-mount electronic components Working knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment Ability to read electronic schematics and technical drawings Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively as part of a team #DFWA #ZRFW
