The Server Repair Division is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various computer components to ensure optimal functionality. With a focus on attention to detail and technical expertise, the Technician will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.Key Responsibilities:
As a Server Repair Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the server infrastructure.Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on Linux servers.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty server components, including CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, and network cards.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex server issues and implement effective solutions.
Requirements and qualifications:
Proven experience in server repair and maintenance. At least one year of experience in Linux systems administration. At least six months in a repair environment. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Linux servers.
