Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various types of equipment, with a focus on Laptop and Remote Support and Repair. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, including Laptop screen and PSU replacements, PSUs, Desktop components other related equipment
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair
• Replace faulty components or parts as needed
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service

Skills:

• Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance, preferably in Laptops and portable systems
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills.
