Job Summary:
 The server repair technician will test, troubleshoot, and repair servers by diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and ensuring servers are fully working before they go back into service.
Duties:
Inspect, test, and diagnose servers Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty parts Run and review server stress tests Document issues, repairs, and parts used Work with motherboard repair, QC, and inspection teams Support quality checks and testing when needed Keep track of parts and follow repair processes Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of repair or electronics experience preferred Basic knowledge of servers, hardware, and troubleshooting Ability to follow instructions and technical procedures Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and similar programs Ability to read and write English Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and work in a team Ability to stand or sit for long periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature changes Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
