Destination Cycle is hiring a talented Service Technician professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, passionate about powersports and have a positive attitude, come join us in this fun and rewarding industry! •pay based on experience•Responsibilities Install parts and accessories, and test them to ensure they are working correctly Perform maintenance on motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them Coordinate with the service writer and parts department Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed Explain issues with equipment and repairs to service writer Qualifications Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment Must be able to read instructions and diagrams Ability to work full time Tuesday-Saturday Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of the tools needed for the job Ability to work independently without much supervision Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces Motorcycle endorsement/Driver's license and reliable transportation Must have your own tools Ability to effectively manage time
