Service Technician — Modular Building Remodeling Career Opportunity! Room to Grow!

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$19-$22 DOE Position Overview Currently seeking Service Technicians with skills in handyman work, basic electrical, plumbing, framing, or carpentry to join one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations.

This is a career opportunity, not a short-term position. Construction experience is required. Responsibilities Perform full refurbishment of modular buildings, including floors, wall framing, and window cleaning. HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and diagnosis. Remodel modular buildings to specifications. Inspect and replace structural framework using carpentry skills. Prepare and install tile. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of modular buildings. Install structures and fixtures such as windows. Maintain proper inventory of tools, parts, and equipment for service tasks. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Properly wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements Rough carpentry experience (wall framing, subfloor installation). General remodeling experience.
