Duties & Responsibilities § Installation, startup, maintenance, and calibration of KECO analyzers (H2S, CO2, O2, VOCs, Methane, Total Sulfur); § Support integration planning for analyzer systems, including coordination with customer I&E teams; § Perform electrical terminations, panel wiring, and field I/O connections; § Perform loop checks, calibration, and functional testing of instrumentation systems; § Assist with integration of analyzers into plant control systems (PLC/DCS); § Utilize test equipment (multimeters, loop calibrators, HART communicators) to verify system performance; § Support configuration and validation of analog and digital communication signals (4-20 mA, Modbus, etc.); § Install and route stainless steel tubing (sample and return lines), ensuring proper fit-up, cleanliness, and leak-free operation; § Troubleshoot analyzer performance issues, including sample system, flow, pressure, and signal-related problems; § Interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and instrument specifications to support installation and commissioning activities; § Assist KECO customers by providing training on analyzer basics and analyzer operational best practices; § Lead communication with KECO customers when appropriate via face to face, phone, and email; § Document service activities, findings, and recommendations in clear customer-facing service reports as required; § Train and mentor junior technicians on analyzer systems, tubing practices, and field procedures; § Maintain necessary safety and training certifications as required by KECO, regulatory, or customers; § Drive continuous improvement in field execution, safety, and service quality. Requirements § Instrumentation experience preferred but not required; § Experience working with sampling systems and integrating instruments into process applications preferred but not required; § Experience with process analyzers preferred but not required; § Technical/mechanical experience required; § Knowledge of oil and gas midstream operations preferred; § Participate in an "on-call" rotation schedule to include nights/weekends (although rare) and work extended hours; § Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record; § Possess or be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and USA passport; § Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and work in various climate conditions; Skills § Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to communicate with customers and Team KECO in a professional manner; § Ability to interpret customer technical drawings/images/schematics and understand flow diagrams; § Computer skills (moderate level of computer literacy, including internet, MS Office, and proprietary KECO software); § Experience working with stainless steel tubing (cutting, bending, installation); § Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and safe work practices; § Hands-on troubleshooting mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
