Job Type:

Full-Time What You'll Do You'll be working on SealMiners, Air and Hydro A2 and A3, PSU's for SealMiners. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards returned by customers and identified through testing. Partner with other departments to investigate failures and help prevent future damage. Share repair techniques, troubleshooting tips, and best practices with teammates. Maintain and inspect repair equipment, including soldering irons, heat guns, oscilloscopes, and other specialized tools. Read circuit diagrams, analyze wiring, and work with ICs, chips, and a variety of electronic components. Take on additional projects and support the team as needed. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of repair experience. Experience soldering precision components and confidently using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air stations. Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to learn advanced circuit board troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently solve technical challenges. A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to think critically. Goal-oriented, driven by accomplishment, and excited to tackle new challenges. Bonus Points If You Have An IT background or technical training. Experience working with digital and analog circuits. A passion for technology and continuous learning. Used programs such as Lyra, Excel and software testing programs Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Ability to maintain steady posture while performing repairs. Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 15-30 pounds. Flexible work schedule available.
