Arcade & Bowling Technician - Cibolo Hot Job Cibolo 1011 - Cibolo, TX 78108 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Apply Description Provide maintenance and technical support for arcade, bowling, and other gaming amenities within the Entertainment operations of a movie theater. Maintain equipment to ensure that gaming areas within the Entertainment department function properly. What would I be doing in this position? Maintain games, bowling, laser tag and Virtual Reality equipment to ensure proper operation Order and replace parts when necessary Inspect and perform "coin drops" on all games when on site to ensure proper operation Adjust payout percentages for cranes, merchandisers and redemption games Complete any daily technical logs Diagnose any "Out of Service" games within24 hours as reported by theatre management Provide root cause analysis on any payout variances from established standards, abnormal revenue trends and "Out of Service" games to theatre management team Ensure completion of daily and weekly preventative maintenance program Ensure continual compliance with all safety standards and procedures Provide consistent communication with theater management team regarding gaming issues Promote and maintain good working relationships with all Santikos employees and departments Other duties as assigned by the Theater Director Qualifications What education or experience do I need to have to qualify? High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of one year of experience in gaming operations or similar field What skills, abilities, and knowledge do I need to be successful in this position? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 75 lbs. using proper safety techniques Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to address guest concerns in a friendly, courteous and cooperative manner Why Santikos?
