Streets and Drainage Technician I ($21.22/ hr) No experience is required, but you must have the ability to obtain a Class B CDL within one year of employment. Streets and Drainage Technician II ($22.28/ hr) Must currently possess a Class A or B CDL in the state of Texas. Medium Equipment Operator ($23.39 / hr) Minimum of 2000 hours experience or two years of light equipment operation. Possession of a Class B Commercial Texas Driver's License and ability to obtain Class A Commercial Texas Driver's License within 90 days of hire. Possession of an IMSA Sign and Pavement Marking certification. Possession of an IMSA Work Zone Traffic Control Safety certification.
