Job Description
Full Service Technician at
Gather parts and tools that are needed for the work order and ensure they are in good working condition prior to usage.
Reconditioning and reassembly substation transformers will include but is not limited to cleaning and inspecting components, replacing gaskets, changing the oil and basic repairs.
Perform quality checks and basic testing on units before they leave the workstation.
Utilize shop equipment and tools safely and appropriately. Return equipment to proper location once usage is complete.
Usage of overhead crane and other material handling equipment may be needed to perform job tasks.
Maintain safe, clean, and orderly workstation.
Other assigned duties as needed.

The Full Service Technician is responsible for reconditioning, reassembly, and testing of substation transformers. Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards and company policies are essential functions of this role. Read and follow work order instructions to ensure your rebuilding transformers to customer specifications.Gather parts and tools that are needed for the work order and ensure they are in good working condition prior to usage.
