This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and quality of our products, including portable toilets, restroom trailers, and temporary fencing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of our equipment on various client sites, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. Responsibilities Conduct regular service, maintenance, and repair of portable sanitation units and related equipment following company guidelines Safely operate a service truck to transport sanitary waste from client sites to disposal areas Perform installation and removal of temporary fencing and restroom trailers as needed Demonstrate consistent commitment to safety by following all protocols and company guidelines Maintain accurate records of services performed and conditions of units Interact professionally with clients and public on-site, addressing and escalating any issues to management promptly Required Skills Ability to operate service trucks equipped with manual transmission Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for service and repairs Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Excellent customer service and communication skills
