Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records. Installation's and maintaining equipment that is installed in vehicles, and calibrating, and running system services sometimes in a fast paced environment that requires a lot of multi-tasking while maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires expertise in mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with a team or individual service assignments. Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees. Conduct training and paperwork sessions covering use of the device to clients and others. ## Responsibility Use tools such as Voltmeter to diagnose issues accurately. Perform field service assignments efficiently. Work on variety of automotive make and models. Interpret schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service. Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment Always maintain and clean shop area Multitask by help answer phone calls and help clients at the same time. Assist in inventory control and processes. Educate clients on steps to protect and maintain devices. keep your desk clean of clutter and dust. Help clean restroom for staff and customers. willing to travel to multiple locations in out territory when needed. (company vehicle is provided) ## Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) • High School Diploma or equivalent 2-5 years' experience in a similar position Strong written and verbal communication skills Possess excellent telephone skills Be detail orientated and must have an attention to detail A Valid Driver's License required General Automotive Knowledge Must know and understand 12v systems Familiarity with using ohmmeters, Voltmeters, and interpreting schematics Familiarity with computers and windows 11 - Problem solving and trouble shooting ##
