About Us ES Solar is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, dedicated to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy to residential and commercial clients. Position Summary The service technician is responsible for completing all service calls on their schedule in a timely manner.

You will complete all service calls on their schedule in a timely manner. Fill out all required paperwork in our system the same day as the job is complete. Work with the department leaders to fine tune processes and proactively identify refinements or issues. Complete all service calls as assigned by the monitoring specialists Take good notes on all jobs, including detailed description of work done, pictures when possible, and upload them to the ticket associated with the job. Know who to call when help is needed Complete all trainings and certifications in a timely manner Drive to jobs sites and interact with customers in a professional manner. Complete one job every two hours of work on average. Reach out to the monitoring specialists when the schedule is complete and there is still time in the day. Be proactive about free time making sure that it is spent efficiently and helping the team. All technicians are expected to wear ES Solar shirts out to customers' houses. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or the D.O.O It is expected that all service team members are cross trained to ensure coverage at all times. Schedule:
Monday•Friday Time can vary but needs to be approved by supervisor Willing to work overtime when necessary be willing to use your own transportation. $18•20 DOE + Mileage reimbursement
Pay:
$18.00•$20.00 per hour
