Fredericksburg, VA - Open to candidates from surrounding areas $26-33hour (based on experience) + steady, year-round work Looking for hands-on work where you can solve problems and take pride in quality repairs? Pyramid Roofing is hiring a Repair Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands exterior home services (roofing, windows, doors, gutters or similar construction trades), works well with tools, and can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them. What You'll Earn $26-$33/hour , depending on experience Consistent, year-round work (not seasonal) Opportunities for overtime Work with a stable, growing company What You'll Do Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks, damaged shingles, flashing, and related exterior problems Perform siding repairs, including fascia, soffit, trim, and vinyl siding repairs Conduct field assessments to identify repair needs and determine next steps Complete warranty and service-related repair work in accordance with company standards Document work performed with notes and photos Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and leadership throughout the repair process Safely operate ladders, tools, and repair equipment in varying weather conditions Pick up and transport materials or supplies as needed Support additional field service needs during busy periods Must be able to perform repairs on asphalt shingles, metal, slate, cedar shake, and flat roofing systems What Your Day Looks Like Travel to job sites Diagnose issues and complete repairs Document your work with photos and notes Wrap up jobs and prepare for the next day Who This Job Is Great For This role is a strong fit if you've worked in: Roofing or roof repair Construction or general labor Siding, gutters, or exterior home services HVAC or other hands-on trade work Any job where you fix, build, or work with tools What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required Comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include Saturdays and overtime during peak season Experience in roofing repairs required; multi-trade experience strongly preferred Experience with siding and/or window repairs is a plus Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently Strong work ethic and reliability Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills Ability to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment Must be able to provide your own hand tools Location & Travel This role requires coming to the Fredericksburg office daily prior to heading to job sites You'll travel to job sites throughout the area We welcome candidates from surrounding areas As long as you're comfortable commuting to Fredericksburg we'd love to hear from you Will be asked to travel to Charlottesville, Richmond, and surrounding areas to work
