JOB SUMMARY
As an Installer, you are often the face of Skyline Door & Hardware while working at customer locations and on job sites. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, presents themselves professionally, and understands the importance of making a positive impression. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install hollow metal frames, wood and metal doors. Install door hardware including locks, closers, panic devices, and hinges. Ensure installations meet architectural specifications and code requirements. Adjust and troubleshoot door operation. Work with project managers to coordinate installation schedules. Maintain tools and equipment. Follow job site safety procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience installing commercial doors and hardware preferred. Knowledge of common hardware types (closers, panic bars, locksets). Ability to read installation instructions and basic construction drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift heavy doors and materials. Valid Driver's License
PREFERRED
Experience with automatic doors or access control hardware. OSHA safety training.
