We are seeking to hire a Window & Door Service Technician. Position Summary Our service team is responsible for providing support to clients needing warranty and non-warranty service work for the window and door products we supply. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to problem-solve serviceable issues for our clients. You should be mechanically inclined or understand how things function and operate, with strong customer service skills and the ability to defuse situations as they arise. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and professional work environment in all areas of the job, including but not limited to the service office, parts department, work van, clients' homes, work areas on job sites, and the new-part arrival area. Good team skills are a must — you'll work with customers, handle scheduling, make phone calls, and assist customers with part orders. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (8+ hours per day). Pay & Benefits The starting pay for this position is $26.00/hour, with a pay scale of $26.00-$35.00/hour. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract; pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
