We're looking for experienced technicians who bring the skills, the work ethic, and the quality standard to back up that trust every day. Toyota experience is preferred, but strong technicians from other import and domestic backgrounds are welcome.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles across a full range of systems
  • engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond
  • using Toyota diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
  • Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans
  • communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
  • Execute repairs to Toyota factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
  • Complete repair orders accurately
  • documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
  • Stay current on Toyota technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
  • Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
  • Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership
  • required
  • Toyota brand experience preferred
  • experienced technicians from Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, domestic brands, or other import backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Strong diagnostic foundation
  • able to work through multi-system problems accurately and efficiently
  • Toyota Techstream or equivalent diagnostic platform experience preferred
  • ASE certifications a strong plus
  • Toyota factory certifications highly valued
  • Low comeback rate and a quality standard that doesn't require managing
  • Physically capable of performing the demands of the role throughout the shift
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
