Akkodis is seeking a PCA Repair Technician for a Contract to Hire with a client in Everett, WA. The Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit assemblies (PCAs), including analyzing schematics and using electronic test equipment such as DMMs and oscilloscopes.

Rate Range:

$35/Hour to $43/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. PCA Repair Technician Job Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot, test, and repair printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) to meet quality and production standards. Analyze electronic schematics and circuit diagrams to diagnose faults and identify root causes of failures. Utilize electronic test equipment such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and power supplies to perform testing and repairs. Support production teams by conducting functional testing and troubleshooting circuit board assemblies. Develop and maintain test setups and troubleshooting procedures to improve repair efficiency and product reliability. Collaborate with buyers, material planners, and suppliers to identify and resolve component quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree, vocational/technical degree in Electronics, or military equivalent in an electronics-related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting, testing, and repair of printed circuit assemblies (PCAs). Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and circuit diagrams for diagnostics and repair.
