We are a community focused DIY auto repair shop. We provide friendly advice, space, tools, equipment and vehicle lifts for our customers and members to complete their repair projects. Our goal is to empower our communities and build their confidence in the DIY auto repair space so they can save money and gain new skills. As a Shop Steward , you will help complete day-to-day shop operations, assist customers with questions, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You will be a point of contact for customer questions, membership sign ups, and ensuring customers use the equipment and tools safely. Working for our unique small business, you will be on the front lines of helping to build up a much loved, but sorely needed business model. You will see super cars and super rusty cars

  • and have the opportunity to expand your automotive knowledge exponentially through observation and collaboration with our customers.

Compensation includes:
$18
  • $22/hour DOE Thursday thru Monday schedule
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays off Free Shop Time
  • To work on your own projects and repairs Paid on-the-job training
  • No previous automotive experience is required, but is preferred Consecutive days off
  • No late nights
  • Closed most major holidays We promote from within
