This role reports directly to the Shop Service Manager. If you know your way around hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment troubleshooting, and you're looking for steady in-shop work with a company that invests in its technicians, we want to talk to you. Your Responsibilities Perform shop repairs and troubleshooting on articulating cranes, truck-mounted forklifts, bucket trucks, platforms, conveyors, trucks, and trailers Perform preventive maintenance per customer schedule, annual DOT inspections, and warranty service Provide emergency/unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs during working and non-working hours as needed Communicate mechanical issues and needed repairs clearly to the shop manager Handle service documentation in a timely manner — estimates, work order authorization, parts ordering, labor recording, and inventory documentation Comply with state and federal safety regulations Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area Your Qualifications High School diploma or GED required 3+ years of mechanical experience or training, ideally with emphasis on articulating cranes and forklifts Strong proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and troubleshooting/diagnostic work, plus welding Basic computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful Able to sit, stand, bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 75+ lbs for extended periods; comfortable working in inside/outside conditions with exposure to noise, vibration, oils, and other shop hazards Must speak, read, and write English Must supply own hand tools; proprietary tools provided What's Offered Competitive pay: $32
