THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Visiting customers' homes to inspect, diagnose, and service residential HVAC and refrigeration systems Serving clients throughout Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Lower Valley, and Yakima Performing repairs, replacements, seasonal tune-ups, and preventative maintenance on boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, etc. Accurately diagnosing issues and professionally explaining service options to customers Properly installing and replacing parts like motors, compressors, contactors, and thermostats Following EPA protocols to check refrigerant levels, handle refrigerants, and check for leaks Testing equipment to ensure efficient operation and safety compliance Maintaining your work vehicle's tool inventory Fully documenting your work activities and parts used Promptly responding to emergency calls as they arise Professionally representing our company and doing the best you can for customersService Technician Qualifications:
Current Washington State 06A or O6B electrician license Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, electrical parts, and refrigeration principles Ability to accurately interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions Communication and customer service skills Organizational skills and efficient time management abilities Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Neat and professional appearancePREFERRED

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING
Pay:
Wages start at $20.00/hour, and you can earn incentives for selling additional HVAC workSchedule:
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am- 4:00 pm, 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am
- 5:00 pm.
