Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Technician / Master Technician to join our dealership service department. This position is intended for an established technician who is comfortable handling advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and complex electrical and drivability concerns with minimal supervision. We want someone who takes pride in diagnosing vehicles correctly, producing quality work, and being the technician other people can rely on when a problem isn't straightforward. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform advanced engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, HVAC, and electrical repairs Interpret scan data, wiring diagrams, service information, and manufacturer diagnostic procedures Perform accurate root-cause diagnosis rather than relying on unnecessary parts replacement Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Properly document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians Assist with difficult diagnostic cases when needed Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
