JOB SUMMARY

The Installation and Repair Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining wireless and fiber internet equipment for residential and commercial customers.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and configure wireless and fiber internet equipment for residential and commercial customers. Troubleshoot and repair wireless and fiber internet equipment and connectivity issues. Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for wireless and fiber internet equipment installation. Maintain accurate records of installation/repair work and inventory. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Installation and Repair Supervisor. Signal testing equipment prior to installation Installing subscriber modules on customer's homes Keeping track of equipment inventory Proper care and maintenance of company provided equipment and vehicles. Actively participate in company sales program Perform other duties as assigned by the Wireless Internet Installation and Repair Supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong understanding of wireless and fiber internet technology and installation practices. Experience troubleshooting and repairing wireless and fiber internet equipment and connectivity issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, or independently. Clean driving record Ladder use Climbing with harness

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills 2 years' industry experience preferred, will train the right candidate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Working and driving in various environments, including inclement weather. Using ladders, lifts, or climbing TV antennas, towers, and silos. Walking and working on rooftops. Ability to lift occasionally 50 lbs. Clean driving record
