Job Description

Description:

This position is responsible for providing service to customers, as it relates to their Boiler Rooms. This candidate will have strong work ethic and an ability to work both individually and in collaboration with others. The Service Technician will report to the Area Manager. PBBS can and will provide on the job training.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Provide service to customers as directed by Area Manager Annual Maintenance on Boilers, Feed/DA Tanks, and Ancillary Equipment Piping Wiring Refractory Service/Install Pumps Control & Burner Upgrades General Repair & Maintenance Available to work occasionally out of town, overtime, and on-call shifts.

Requirements:

Mechanical and/or Electrical background Ability to read, understand and work from mechanical, wiring, and electrical prints/schematics Proficiencies using smart phone/tablet Able to work independently, as well as in a team atmosphere Strong communication and customer service skills (written and oral)
