Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Technician to join our team and drive excellence in water treatment maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our water treatment equipment for our residential and commercial customers . Your expertise will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of our treatment systems, ensuring our customers needs are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on water treatment equipment including Water Softeners, pH & Peroxide Injections, Catalytic Carbons, Reverse Osmosis, etc. Troubleshoot technical issues brought up by customers or found when you are on site. Deliver product to customers for general upkeep of equipment including; salt, Potassium Carbonate, Peroxide, Hypochlor, Filters, UV Bulbs etc. Collect water samples to bring back to our lab, as well as test water on site and evaluate to make the necessary adjustment on the equipment. Collaborate with our team to analyze system performance issues and implement effective solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding technical issues or repair timelines. Qualifications Proven experience working in a service technician environment with a strong understanding of maintenance practices. Proven driving record Ability to lift around 60lbs on a daily basis, sometimes more on occasion. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service abilities to support our customers proactively. Strong problem solving skills.
