This is a float position for Oconomowoc, Waukesha and Brookfield. Floater Optician / Optical Technician - Multi‑Location We're a trusted optical company with over 80 years in the industry , and we're looking for a flexible, customer‑focused Floater Optician/Optical Technician to support our retail locations. This role requires traveling between stores and offers hands‑on training in opticianry and optical technical skills. Responsibilities Assist customers with eyewear selection and adjustments Learn optical measurements, repairs, and pre‑testing Support Optometrists and staff during daily operations Provide excellent customer service Work at different store locations as scheduled Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work well with Optometrists and team members Willingness to learn and grow in the optical field Reliable transportation and flexibility with location
