Cell Phone & Electronics Repair Technician / Customer Support Specialist CPR Cell Phone Repair - 903 3rd Ave, Huntington, WV 25701 Full-Time | Weekends Required Turn your love of tech into a career. CPR Cell Phone Repair is growing in Huntington, and we're looking for our next technician / customer support specialist. If you're the person people already come to when their phone screen shatters or their laptop won't turn on, we want to put that skill to work — and pay you well for it. This isn't just a repair job. You'll be the face of the store: diagnosing problems, explaining solutions in plain English, and making sure every customer walks out happier than they walked in. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair phones, tablets, computers, and more Give customers honest, clear recommendations and pricing — no jargon, no runaround Keep repair records and statuses accurate in our point-of-sale system Help manage and protect store inventory Answer calls and greet every customer like they matter — because they do Keep the shop clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine Jump in wherever the store needs you that day What We're Looking For A genuine passion for technology and solving problems The ability to explain a cracked screen repair to someone who's never opened a phone case A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Computer or device repair experience preferred — but drive and attitude matter more High school diploma or college education Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Full-time availability, including weekends (store hours: Mon-Sat 10am-7pm, Sun 12pm-6pm) What You'll Get Real earning potential: Competitive base pay plus commission on every transaction, starting day one — no waiting period. Most techs earn $14-15 starting out base during training and with commissions built in up to $19/hour ; top performers bring home $17-$25/hour . A raise you can see coming: Finish your CPR, Samsung, Apple, and Wise certifications (typically 90-120 days) and move straight into a higher base rate.
