We are currently hiring a Service Technician to work out of Rawlins, WY. Our Service Technicians perform maintenance, repair and installation of internet, phone, and television services.

Responsibilities:

Install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops Restore services due to unpredictable events Provide exceptional customer service Locate underground facilities

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred Previous experience troubleshooting Valid driver's license and a good driving record All West is a drug free workplace, conducting pre-employment and random drug testing.
