Full-Time Opportunities Available Compensation:
$1,000 - $1,400 per week (based on productivity & quality) Position Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Residential Broadband Internet Installers to join our growing team. This role involves installing, activating, and troubleshooting high-speed internet services in residential environments. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of networking and take pride in clean, professional installations. Key Responsibilities Install and activate residential broadband internet services (modems, routers, Wi-Fi systems) Perform basic fiber handling and light splicing as needed Run and secure cabling (interior/exterior) with attention to clean workmanship Test and verify internet connectivity and network performance Educate customers on equipment use and Wi-Fi functionality Accurately document and close out jobs using company systems/apps Requirements Basic knowledge of internet/networking (Wi-Fi, routers, IP basics) Experience with hand tools and low-voltage installation work Ability to follow job specifications and complete work efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality installations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Small truck or SUV preferred (to carry ladders and equipment) Ability to work independently and manage a daily install schedule Tools & Equipment Technicians must provide basic hand tools (drill, screwdrivers, cutters, etc.) All specialty tools and testing equipment provided by the company Compensation & Growth Weekly earning potential of $1,200-$1,400+ based on productivity Opportunities for advancement as team leads or project supervisors Consistent workflow with a growing fiber and broadband network What We're Looking For Technicians who take pride in clean, professional installs Individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards Team players who communicate well and represent the company professionally
