A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

5 days a week- some weeks will be Mon-Fri and some will be Tue-Sat 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay:
50-53 p/hr on W2 Only- Background Check and Drug Screen Required

High School Responsibilities Position Requirements:
Have working knowledge to perform regular type of MAC phone requests and phone repairs on Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/NortelCSE1000 PBX
systems, and Avaya Messaging. Be available to work a flexible schedule for supporting the customer Monday through Saturday 8AM- 5PM shift and could be moved to a 5-day shift within these days.
