Full Time opening for an Audio-Video Installation and Service Field Technician

Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Efficiently pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing cables between audio, video, data, and control equipment Running/fishing/terminating of low voltage wiring Safe installation of displays/mounts/speakers/cameras/equipment - in-wall, to structure and ceiling mounting methods Basic knowledge of device configuration Assist in full system commissioning and testing Maintain fleet vehicle and shop stocking, organizing, and cleaning as needed Completion of all phases of work required to install, program, and maintain AV solutions, control systems, whole house and commercial AV systems, and structured cable networks

•Conducting, providing, and maintaining a 5-star experience for our customers

•Performing all other duties as assigned A Qualified Candidate must have: Experience in installation of audio/video/data low voltage systems (related experience in the low voltage field considered) Basic knowledge of network systems The availability to travel occasionally to complete out of town jobs The availability to work nights and overtime A strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills Good organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently without supervision The ability to troubleshoot and solve system problems efficiently Excellent communication skills (all formats) which includes establishing positive relationships with customers and contractors A strong interest in the Audio / Video field A Professional appearance and demeanor A valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record The ability to work comfortably in confined, noisy, and dusty environments and construction sites with the proper protection provided The ability to properly climb and use ladders, manlifts, and scaffolding The ability to lift and maneuver objects and equipment up to 50 pounds The ability to effectively and safely operate test equipment and hand and power tools The ability to frequently perform duties that require pushing, pulling, grasping, reaching, walking, standing, crawling, climbing, kneeling and bending on a regular basis Please send your complete resume, accompanied by a cover letter to the e-mail provided.
