A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

OTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oneida Innovations Group and is the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm. We are searching for experienced Field Technicians to work full-time at Buckley Space Force Base. Individuals selected for this role will provide end-user support, telecom installation, programming, maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of telecommunications systems, equipment, cabling and other related systems. This role is also responsible for aiding in asset management of on-site devices.

Requirements:

Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices Security Clearance is required; interim level at a minimum IT education preferred Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
