A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

Full Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience and good with Plant walk down activities Carry out Field Equipment Walkdown and P&ID v/s As-is condition verification Carry out P&ID/ Engineering document markups based on changes observed in field. Capture photos of equipment, covering different views and its connections using client developed inspection applications from handheld devices (customer provided or personnel). Capture equipment data, such as field identification, nameplate data, and any other required technical Information. Can involve lifting equipment up to 30 lbs. Submit the reports of field walkdown to town office on a daily basis. Drive company's 4x4 on daily basis to reach facilities - can involve off-road driving. Keep the vehicle in up and running condition. Submit expenses on Company's online system. This is a field-based role, 40 hrs a week, with minimum expectations to Imbibe safety practices while carrying out above tasks. Stay over-night outside of base location as and when required Rent 4x4 vehicle at Company's expense, if Company's vehicle is not available. Maintain professional conduct at all times, and adhere to Coordinator's instructions on day-to-day tasks.
Qualification:
Engineering Degree (Instrument, Mechanical) equivalent with 5+ Years Experience
