Established Two-Person Installation Teams Jay's TV Installations is actively seeking experienced two-person installation crews to support a national retail partnership through one of the country's largest consumer electronics retailers. We are looking for professional, customer-focused technicians who take pride in delivering exceptional in-home service experiences. This opportunity is ideal for established installation teams with experience in TV mounting, home theater systems, smart home technology, and low-voltage installations. As a two-person installation team, you will travel to customers' homes to perform a variety of technology installation and setup services. Teams will receive daily assignments through our dispatch platform and are expected to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. Both team members must work collaboratively to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company guidelines. Services Performed Home Theater & TV Installation Services Mount televisions ranging from small displays to extra-large televisions (85"+) Install TVs on drywall, wood studs, metal studs, brick, concrete, and other specialized surfaces Perform TV setups and initial device configurations Complete in-wall wire concealment installations Install and configure soundbars Mount and connect projectors and projector screens Install and configure AV receivers and audio amplifiers Troubleshoot home theater equipment Disconnect, remove, and reinstall televisions Provide haul-away services when applicable Audio Services Soundbar mounting and setup Networked soundbar installations Speaker installation and concealment Indoor and outdoor audio system setup Advanced remote programming and control system setup Smart Home Services Install video doorbells Install and configure smart thermostats Install smart locks and security devices Install smart switches, plugs, and lighting products Configure smart voice assistants and hubs Install garage door automation kits Customize and troubleshoot connected smart home devices Security Camera Services Install Wi-Fi camera systems Install floodlight cameras Install DVR and POE camera systems Perform camera system upgrades and relocations Remove existing camera systems when required Networking Services Install and configure Starlink internet systems Set up home Wi-Fi networks Install network extenders and mesh systems Configure modems and network equipment Troubleshoot connectivity issues Assembly & Specialty Services Assemble home theater furniture Assemble theater seating Mount electric fireplaces Assemble outdoor grills Assemble arcade equipment

Team RequirementsBoth Team Members Must Have:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation capable of carrying ladders and tools Smartphone with reliable internet access Ability to pass background screening requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift and maneuver televisions weighing 75-100+ pounds with assistanceRequired Experience Ideal candidates will possess experience in one or more of the following areas: TV mounting and installation Home theater installation Low-voltage wiring Wire fishing and concealment techniques Smart home device installation Security camera installation Networking and Wi-Fi setup Residential construction or electrical work Customer-facing field service experience Previous experience working with national retailers or service platforms is highly preferred. Required Tools & Equipment Teams must provide their own professional-grade tools, including but not limited to: Power drill and impact driver Drill bit assortment Laser level Stud finder Fish tape Socket set Hand tools Extension ladder Voltage tester Safety equipment Smartphone capable of taking high-quality installation photos A cargo van, truck, or SUV is strongly preferred. Performance Expectations Successful teams are expected to: Arrive on time to all appointments Complete installations safely and efficiently Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating Follow all installation guidelines and service standards Document work thoroughly through required photo submissions Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams Represent Jay's TV Installations professionally at all times

Pay:
