We're hiring dependable, detail-focused Field Service Technicians who want steady hands-on work now and a real path to leadership, revenue share, and territory ownership down the road. What You'll Be Doing Handle 2-3 onsite service calls per day (about 2-3 hours each) Work on structured cabling, low-voltage installations, networking, and PC repair Follow scopes of work carefully, keep accurate records, and communicate like a pro Work on your own in the field, with experienced lead techs available when you need them Earn time-and-a-half (150%) on after-hours calls Every job builds your reputation. Clients see your ratings, and high ratings open doors faster. What You'll Bring Dependable transportation and a smartphone with hotspot and camera A laptop with internet access A basic field tool kit (cabling tools, punch-down tool, tester, crimper, console cable, etc.) Clear communication, strong time management, and consistent follow-through An owner's mindset, because we reward accountability and initiative (Materials are reimbursed at local rates, and tool-sharing is available.)
