The Communications Technician

RF/SATCOM

will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio frequency (RF) and satellite communications (SATCOM) systems. The technician will work with a team to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair RF and SATCOM systems Perform routine maintenance on equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment Ensure that all systems are functioning properly Work with a team to complete projects Provide technical support to end-users Document all work performed

Requirements:

Associate's degree in electronics or related field 3+ Years experience with RF and SATCOM systems Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
