Overview We are seeking an experienced Copier Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of copiers and printers. This role involves providing on-site technical support across our service area from the Skyway to Punta Gorda, ensuring optimal operation of imaging equipment for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of copiers, printers, scanners, and related imaging equipment. Conduct network setup and configuration for printing and scanning functions to ensure seamless integration with client systems. Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently to minimize downtime. Provide on-site technical support to clients within the designated service area. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions. Stay updated on the latest technology developments related to copier and printer equipment. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all service activities. Qualifications Proven experience as a copier or printer technician with a strong background in field service operations. Knowledge of networking, print, and scan installation and repair is essential. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within the service area from the Skyway to Punta Gorda. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Pay:

$24.21 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
