Hospitals & Outpatient Clinics Position Summary We are seeking Field Telecom Technicians to support a major healthcare system throughout South Florida. This is a hands-on field role focused on analog telephone lines, cross-connects, basic troubleshooting, and installation/support of M2 telephone units . Technicians will travel between hospital and outpatient clinic locations to complete scheduled telecom work and provide onsite smart-hands support. Responsibilities Tone, trace, identify, and test analog telephone lines Troubleshoot basic analog line and connectivity issues Perform telephone cross-connects at telecom blocks and panels Install, connect, and test M2 telephone units Verify telephone lines and devices are functioning properly Provide onsite smart-hands support for telecom equipment Work in telecom closets and with punch-down blocks and cabling Document completed work and escalate unresolved issues Maintain professional conduct while working in hospital and patient-care environments Qualifications Previous experience with telephony, voice, low-voltage, or field telecom work Hands-on experience toning, tracing, and testing analog lines Experience performing telephone cross-connects Familiarity with telecom rooms, punch-down blocks, and cabling Basic telephone equipment installation and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and travel between multiple locations Reliable transportation Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Pay:
