With fiber-to-the-home architecture, Conxxus is able to offer a full spectrum of video, voice and high-speed internet services to residential and business customers. By offering three services from one company, customers take advantage of bundled services•Conxxus is your one stop shop for all of your telecommunication needs. Responsibilities Coax and Fiber installations Provision and monitor Internet/IPTV/VOIP services Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers Work with support to resolve customer issues Experience/Skills/Requirements Entry Level High school diploma/GED required Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime Valid driver's license; good driving record Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions Preferred Skills Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services. Basic understanding of IT concepts and fundamentals/experience preferred Knowledge/experience with installation equipment Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher Broadband technician: 1 year (Preferred) Voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred) Schedule Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities Shifts range from Monday•Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM•7:00
PM Compensation & Benefits Pay:
