This is a hands-on field role for technicians who can confidently complete installs from tap to customer premise. We are building dedicated crews in Oklahoma City and Baton Rouge and need reliable techs who can work independently, produce quality installs, and represent the company professionally in customer environments. What You'll Do Perform fiber optic and coax installations (residential and light commercial) Complete fiber drops (aerial and/or underground) from tap to home Install and activate ONTs, modems, and routers Terminate and troubleshoot

coax systems Read and verify signal levels (light meter / coax meter) Troubleshoot service issues and resolve connectivity problems on-site Configure basic IP networking (Wi-Fi, routers, Ethernet) Document all work performed accurately (installs, service calls, closures) Maintain a clean, professional worksite and customer interaction What We're Looking For (REQUIRED) Proven experience in fiber optic or cable ISP installations Ability to complete a full install from start to finish without supervision Experience with: Fiber drops & routing ONT installs Coax termination and troubleshooting Strong understanding of signal levels and diagnostics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Preferred Experience (Strongly Valued) Previous work with ISPs such as Spectrum, AT&T, or Cox Communications Fiber splicing experience (fusion or mechanical) Bucket truck or ladder experience Familiarity with ISP workflow systems and ticketing platforms Compensation Competitive pay based on experience High performers can earn top-tier weekly income Opportunities for lead tech roles and crew advancement Why JDTech Immediate work available — no waiting pipeline Consistent install volume Opportunity to grow into lead or crew positions Professional, structured field operations
