YOU WILL BE DOING
Supporting RF Engineers and Lead Technicians during system installations, upgrades, and maintenance projectsInstalling and configuring RF transmission equipment, antennas, repeaters, and 2-way radio systems to manufacturer and company specificationsAssisting with RF cabling infrastructure including coax, Cat5/6, and fiber lines for in-building and outdoor communication systemsUtilizing RF test equipment, basic hand and power tools for signal alignment, radio programming, and equipment mountingWorking across diverse environments such as stadiums, hospitals, schools, and enterprise facilities to deploy and service communication networksMaintaining a clean, organized, and RF-safe workspace compliant with grounding, ESD, and safety standardsDelivering reliable, high-quality RF and 2-way radio work that ensures optimal coverage, signal integrity, and customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
1 year of technical experience or a combination of related education/experienceWillingness to learn new technologies and systemsHands-on experience with OEM equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsFlexibility to work various shifts and adapt to evolving technologiesStrong communication and professionalismProven reliability, integrity, and responsibility

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsFrequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of toolsOccasional ladder use and vehicle operationUse of PPE and ability to handle semi-frequent stressful conditionsOn-call availability for critical systems maintenanceStandard hours: MondayFriday, with occasional 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends
