In this role, you will be responsible for completing service orders, installing communication systems, and ensuring residents have seamless internet connectivity for our customers in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), such as apartment complexes and condos.

Roseville, MN Pay Range:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour / or more depending on experience

Status:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities MDU Installations:

Assist with the installation of facility wiring within multi-unit buildings

Service & Training:

Greet customers professionally, complete tasks accurately, and provide essential training to residents on how to use their new systems

Qualifications Experience:

One year of in-person customer interaction experience

Education:

A certificate or degree in a technical field (e.g., basic electronics) is a plus

Licensing:

Must possess a valid Class D Driver's License with a clean driving record

Certifications:

Willingness to obtain "Registered Unlicensed" PLT certification

Skills:

Strong proficiency with hand tools, computer operations (email, databases), and professional communication

Physical Requirements & Environment Activity:

A typical day involves a mix of sitting (3 hrs), standing (2 hrs), and walking (3 hrs)

Lifting:

Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50+ lbs

Conditions:

Must be comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces/attics), navigating weather conditions, and ladder work

Flexibility:
