Required Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a crew Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work Monday-Saturday as needed Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices Ability to pass a background check if required by clients Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience in drop bury, underground utility construction, fiber installation, telecommunications, landscaping, irrigation, or construction labor Experience operating trenchers, vibratory plows, pneumatic missiles, mini skid steers, or other underground construction equipment Familiarity with utility locates and safe digging practices Experience restoring lawns, landscaping, and customer property after installation Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to read basic maps, prints, and locate markings What We Offer Weekly pay (3w hold) Performance bonuses Company provided training Advancement opportunities into crew lead, supervisor, HDD, splicing, and fiber technician roles
