A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

Field Technicians actively participate on jobsites with employees to complete assigned work.
Key Responsibilities:
Technician could work on various jobsites and in various environments assisting in the installation of technology components related to: Structured and Fiber Optic Cabling Electronic Security - Surveillance, Access Control, Building Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems Network Hardware, Wireless Access Points, CBRS and DAS Audio, Video, Intercom and Paging System
