Job Description
Job Summary Structured Cabling Tech is seeking experienced Low Voltage/Data Technicians for commercial and retail projects throughout North Carolina, primarily in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for reliable, self-motivated technicians who can work independently and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

$15-$30/hour (based on experience and skill level)Employment Type:

As-needed to start, with potential for steady work Duties Typical service calls may include: Troubleshooting and repairing data/voice jacks Installing, terminating, and testing Cat5/Cat6 cabling Installing and testing network and voice equipment Performing basic diagnostics and repairs Completing work according to written scopes of work Communicating clearly with customers and project managers Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Cat5/Cat6 cabling Experience with coax terminations Proven troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow written instructions and documentation Key Responsibilities Typical service calls may include: Troubleshooting and repairing data/voice jacks Installing, terminating, and testing Cat5/Cat6 cabling Installing and testing network and voice equipment Performing basic diagnostics and repairs Completing work according to written scopes of work Communicating clearly with customers and project managers Required Tools & Equipment Applicants must provide their own: Standard low-voltage/data technician tools Reliable transportation Cell phone with camera Laptop Professional email address Valid driver's license What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable technicians who: Take pride in their work Show up on time and prepared Communicate professionally Deliver consistent, high-quality results How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume and contact information to: resumes@structuredcablingtech.comPay:
