Critical Response Strategies is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Field Verification Specialists / Field Workers to support physical field check operations. This is a boots-on-the-ground role responsible for visiting assigned addresses, conducting doorstep verifications, documenting results in real time, and evaluating basic structural safety compliance where required. Field Verification Specialists use mobile enterprise tablets equipped with a custom Knack interface to capture GPS, timestamp, case status, contact results, notes, authorized documentation, and other required verification data. Key Responsibilities Conduct assigned physical field checks at designated addresses in accordance with project protocols. Use a mobile enterprise tablet and custom Knack interface to document real-time field activity. Capture required GPS and timestamp data at arrival, contact attempt, completion, and departure points. Follow approved scripts, field protocols, verification standards, and safety procedures. Conduct doorstep verification activities in a professional, respectful, and unbiased manner. Document contact outcomes, access issues, address discrepancies, safety concerns, and case notes accurately. Evaluate and report basic structural safety concerns where required by protocol. Maintain required check-ins with dispatch or safety monitoring teams. Immediately report safety concerns, hostile conditions, medical emergencies, or unusual circumstances. Protect sensitive case information and maintain confidentiality at all times. Complete assigned cases within required timelines and productivity expectations. Communicate regularly with the Regional Field Supervisor regarding case status and field challenges. Required Qualifications Bilingual skills required Experience in field work, inspections, canvassing, outreach, delivery operations, public contact roles, emergency response, social services support, or similar work. Comfortable working independently in the field while following strict procedures. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Ability to use tablets, mobile applications, GPS tools, and web-based forms. Professional communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse populations. Ability to follow safety protocols and escalate concerns appropriately. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required by assignment. Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, work in varied outdoor conditions, and operate a tablet or mobile device for extended periods. Ability to pass all required background checks and comply with contract-specific requirements. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with field verification, disaster response, compliance checks, public outreach, inspections, or case documentation. Work Environment This is a field-based position. Work may occur in residential, community, urban, rural, or variable environments.
