About Us Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) dedicated to delivering affordable, high-speed internet to underserved communities. As part of our broadband expansion, we are seeking a hands-on Cellular Site Installation Lead to oversee and complete daily field activities, ensure compliance with installation standards, and support community connectivity. You'll supervise and contribute installation work, train field staff, verify compliance with CBN standards, and help troubleshoot customer concerns — making a direct impact on broadband delivery in local communities. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews during installation and maintenance of cellular network equipment Inspect completed projects, collect as-built photos, and verify compliance with CBN's installation standards Work on large field sites as a lead installer with team Review and validate time entries, field records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Conduct regular site visits to confirm industry best practices, safety requirements, and company standards are followed Interact with field staff daily to monitor work progress, provide guidance, and resolve issues promptly Confirm subscriber satisfaction during and after installation, assisting in resolving customer concerns as needed Support the development of best practice guides, training manuals, and operational checklists Assist in creating and delivering training plans for technicians and subcontractors under supervision Test, certify, label, and maintain all equipment and cabling, documenting results for compliance and reporting Prepare reports and communicate regularly with project managers and leadership on field progress and challenges Qualifications 3+ years of field operations or supervisory experience (telecom, broadband, or construction preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to train and mentor field staff Knowledge of standoff, tower installation, broadband installation practices, telecom towers cabling standards, Azimuth and wireless technologies Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Technical certifications in wireless networking or cabling (preferred but not required)If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Site Lead, we encourage you to apply!
