Run aerial or underground service drops from utility poles or network terminals to customer homes. Install, activate, and configure ONTs, modems, routers, set-top boxes, and telephone equipment. Perform inside and outside wiring, cable terminations, and equipment mounting. Troubleshoot and repair internet, TV, and phone service issues. Test signal levels, fiber light levels, and network performance using appropriate diagnostic equipment. Replace defective cables, connectors, and customer-premise equipment as needed. Complete work orders, service documentation, and testing records accurately. Provide professional customer service and explain equipment operation when required. Follow all company safety policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality, performance, and customer satisfaction standards. This Self Employed position offers the flexibility of managing your own daily schedule while utilizing your construction skills to provide valuable services within the community to meet the clients standards and complete a successful route daily .
